Since our inception in 1970, Judge Inc. has enjoyed high growth of our sales per year.  Due to continued growth, we currently have multiple needs for junior through senior recruiters with high potential for management within a relatively short time.  Most managers at Judge Inc. are home grown through a management development program for which all recruiters are eligible to interview.

JOB DESCRIPTION:  Technical Recruiter/Account Manager 

This position is a TELEPHONE-INTENSIVE POSITION, working within a food/pharmaceutical/consumer goods discipline in which you will be trained.  Most of the time is spent on the telephone with client companies and candidates you will assist in placement.  There is also a limited amount of client visitation working within a budget parameter that is earned by excellence in sales.  To service our clients better than the competition, many recruiters visit our clients frequently over all areas of the country.

Duties:

  • To recruit and reactivate candidates with backgrounds in your area of expertise
  • To interview potential candidates (via telephone and/or in person) and check references
  • To market viable candidates to client companies for the purpose of setting up interviews.
  • To contact client companies and secure any open positions in your area of expertise within the food, pharmaceutical, or consumer goods industries
  • To assist candidates in writing/rewriting resumes

Advancement:

  • Progress from Technical Recruiter/Account Manager to Senior Recruiter/Account Manager to Associate Vice President to Senior Associate Vice President.  (These promotions are achieved through sales accomplishments/performance and carry with them increased commission percentage compensation with generous car allowances associated with the Sr. Associate Vice President only)
  • Move into management through successful placement of candidates (sales) and demonstrated management potential. Management steps are: Manager-in-Training (MIT- manage a mentor-ship program for new recruiters), Manager (manage a group/office of recruiters/account managers), Division Vice President (manage a group/office of recruiters plus other manager(s) with their recruiters/account mangers), Regional Vice President (manager multiple sites/locations with the company), and Division President.

Compensation (Commissions, this is a draw vs. Commission position):

Below is a breakdown of average incomes (commission only, not inclusive of bonuses, car allowances, overrides, etc.) by Judge Inc. Recruiters/Account Managers who were employed for the entire year of 2007. These number do include, however, our 1099 private contractors contracted exclusively to Judge.

  • 11% of our Recruiters/Account Managers earned over $250,000
  • 11% of our Recruiters/Account Managers earned between $200,000 and $250,000
  • 17% of our Recruiters/Account Managers earned between $150,000 and $200,000
  • 26% of our Recruiters/Account Managers earned between $100,000 and $150,000
  • 15% of our Recruiters/Account Managers earned between $80,000 and $100,000
  • 12% of our Recruiters/Account Managers earned between $60,000 and $80,000
  • 8% of our Recruiters/Account Managers earned between $50,000 and $60,000
  • 0% of our Recruiters/Account Managers earned under $50,000
